CLINIC POLICIES FOR ORGANIZERS

Please contact me for a current price quote for your time frame and venue.
For locations outside of the Calgary area, my travel, accommodation, and meals may be billed as additional to my clinic fee.
You decide on the cost to individual participants and auditors if you choose to have them.

Due to the limited number of dates available, a deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date; due no later than SIX WEEKS prior to the scheduled date.
The balance is due no later than TWO WEEKS before the first day of the clinic.
Payment can be made by cash, e-transfer, and PayPal.

CANCELLATIONS

Deposit is non-refundable but may, upon discretion, be transferred to another date within one year of the originally scheduled date. Transferability will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations made within fourteen days of the scheduled date are responsible for the full clinic fee and any associated costs.

WEATHER CONSIDERATIONS

I teach year-round. Clinics will proceed rain, shine, or snow unless the conditions become unsafe.
We will adapt the content of the clinic to be mindful of ground conditions and temperature, as relevant.
For winter dates, a heated, indoor arena is required. For fall and spring dates, a heated classroom (lounge, tack room, etc.) for theory sessions and somewhere to warm up is appreciated. For summer dates, a shade tent is appreciated.
Please note my cancellation policy and use your best discretion when booking winter dates.

As the organizer, you are responsible for logistics, advertising, communicating with and recruiting participants, and collecting payment and paperwork from individuals.
I can provide some basic promotional materials and an info page on my website if desired.
When number of participants is confirmed, I will draw up an outline of a schedule, and ask you to fill in individual names.
