As this is a self-directed program, we firmly believe that you get out of the course what you put into it. We are here to support students who demonstrate consistent effort and commitment to themselves and their horses. To demonstrate our commitment to your success, we offer the following 365-Day Conditional Guarantee:

 

Enrollment and Completion Requirements:
  1. You must have watched all the course videos and attended (or watched the replays of) all webinars and coaching calls provided as part of the course curriculum.

  2. You must actively participate in the course's designated Facebook group, including sharing videos of your training sessions and progress and posing questions for discussion.

  3. Dated video footage of your training progress upon the completion of each module will be requested to verify your effort in implementing the course curriculum.

 

Timeframe for Evaluation:

The 365-Day Conditional Guarantee begins on the date of your enrollment in the course and extends for 365 days from that date.

 

Unmet Expectations and Dissatisfaction:

If, after having fulfilled the enrollment and completion requirements mentioned above, you feel that the course did not meet your expectations or you are dissatisfied with the content, you may request a refund.

 

Refund Request Procedure:
  1. You must submit a written request for a refund via email to christinebeattieequine@gmail.com

  2. Your refund request must be received within 365 days of your enrollment date.

  3. In your refund request, you should clearly state the reasons for your dissatisfaction and provide any supporting documentation if applicable.

Resolution Process:
  1. Upon receiving your refund request, our customer support team will review your case within 14 business days.

  2. We may request additional information or clarification to better understand your concerns.

  3. We may propose alternative solutions to support you in getting the full value out of the course.

  4. After careful evaluation, if we determine that your concerns are valid and that the course did not meet our promised standards, we will process a refund.

Refund Options:
  1. If a refund is granted, you will have the option to receive a full refund of the amount paid for the course, in Canadian dollars.

  2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during enrollment, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

Non-Refundable Situations:
  1. Refunds will not be granted for cases where the course requirements were not met, including failure to watch all course videos and webinars, or failure to actively participate in the designated Facebook group.

  2. Refunds will not be provided due to situations beyond our control, including, but not limited to:

i. Illness or injury to yourself or your horse

ii. Limitations of your facility or resources

iii. Climate or weather-related events

However, we understand that life circumstances can sometimes disrupt your learning journey. In such cases, please remember that the course provides lifetime access, allowing you the flexibility to restart or resume your progress at a more suitable time when circumstances are favourable.
