(Re)discover lungework as a tool for connection, balance, and athletic development. Lungeing doesn’t have to mean mindless circles or restrictive gadgets. Learn to develop your horse’s posture, balance, and self-carriage naturally, and find strong, healthy movement in all gaits.
Lungeing is more than exercise; it’s a conversation. Questions and answers, invitations and responses, following and leading. No more chasing your horse in circles—learn to cultivate independence while maintaining connection and responsiveness. As you refine your own feel, you’ll develop the skills to support your horse effectively: Guiding with clarity, staying present without micromanaging, and allowing true partnership to emerge.

Whether you're just starting or looking to refine your technique, you'll gain the tools to lunge with purpose, building a stronger, more confident horse while deepening your understanding of feel, timing, and communication.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Equines of all breeds and disciplines, ages 3 and up, are welcome. Those who are new to lungework will get a solid start and leave with a clear plan to develop a strong foundation. Experienced students will work towards greater refinement of the aids and gain a clear understanding of how to guide your horse to her best movement.
Each participant will get three individual lessons over the course of the weekend. There will be theory classes and full group activities both days, demonstrations, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
Connect with like-minded horse people, learn from each other, get inspired, and discover some fun new activities to try at home.
